CANCELLATION POLICY/FORM

Cancellations make it very difficult to manage coaches' schedules and slots. We also have to pay an extra cost for customer service and admin fees to handle cancellations/rescheduling. Please only cancel/reschedule if it is an emergency. Our coaches and business should not be the ones affected if something unfortunate happens.

1on1s

- ​48 Hours or more before the session: no charge

- 24-48 hours before the session: we'll allow you to reschedule if we can fill up the spot, or we'll enable you to make up with a group Technical class within 7 days.

- Less than 24 hours: no rescheduling allowed within 24 hours.

Small Groups

- ​48 Hours or more before the session: No charge

- Within 24-48 hours: If there's only 1 other person in the group, they will pay a 1-on-1 fee*
