Speed, strength, & agility can be the difference between good players and players that dominate on the field. This program is geared towards players that want to maximize their output on the field.

Our ISSA certified coach Shane Renshaw, has designed a program that is specific to the demands of soccer players on the field.

This program entails these elements:

  • Agility, Balance, Coordination and proprioception

  • Acceleration, deceleration, change of direction & reactions

  • Functional strength and force production

  • Endurance, fitness levels and injury prevention
